Job summary

John Glenn School Corporation is seeking a temporary Speech Language Pathologist for the first semester of the 2026-2027 school year. The candidate must hold a Master's degree and an Indiana License in Communication Disorders, working with students with language and speech impairments.

This role requires conducting screenings and evaluations, developing IEPs, and providing direct services in compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and Indiana License from the Division of Professional Standards in Communication Disorders.
• Experience in standard office and school environments.
• Ability to work regularly scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to students with language and/or speech impairments.
• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations.
• Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Collect data on student progress toward goals.
• Provide quarterly progress reports on students.

Skills

Understanding of state and federal regulations for individuals with disabilities

Experience in providing direct and consult services

Ability to conduct screenings and evaluations

Education
