Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. Marshalls store is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will engage with customers, process sales and returns, promote loyalty programs, and keep the sales floor clean and organized. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Flexible scheduling and the ability to lift items are required. Prior retail experience helps, and opportunities for growth exist within TJX family stores including Marshalls and other banners.

Qualifications

• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Accurately rings purchases and returns per procedures.
• Maintains merchandising standards and processes merchandise for the floor.
• Supports store recovery and maintains cleanliness and safety.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and safety rules.
