Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Accurately process and ring customer purchases/returns and count change.
• Maintain merchandising principles and follow procedures for stocking and presenting goods.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Support shrink reduction programs and safety awareness.
• Other duties as assigned.
