Job summary

Marshalls is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver an outstanding shopping experience in a fast-paced setting. You will engage with customers, process sales and returns, promote loyalty programs, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment.

You should be capable of lifting items, adapting to changing tasks, and collaborating with team members to meet daily goals. Previous retail experience is preferred and you will join a supportive TJX family.

• Support merchandising and store recovery duties as needed throughout the day
• Help ensure store safety, policy compliance, and loss prevention goals
• Collaborate with team to meet business needs and provide excellent service
