Job summary

Kincell Bio is seeking a Research Associate II for a three-month contract in Gainesville, FL. This onsite role supports process development operations and laboratory maintenance under supervision, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will hold a High School Diploma with 3 years’ experience, an AS with 1 year, or a B.S. in life sciences, and demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 3 years’ experience, or AS with 1 year, or a B.S. in life sciences.
• Strong sense of responsibility, strong work ethic, self-motivated attitude and teamwork oriented.
• Ability to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Performs process development operations under supervision.
• Assists in preparing agendas and capturing/distributing meeting notes and deliverables.
• Drafting and reviewing technical documents.
• Laboratory maintenance and material management.
• Maintenance of 5S and Kanban Systems.
• Other duties as assigned.
