Job summary

Kincell Bio, LLC is seeking a Contingent Manufacturing Associate II for a site-based temporary assignment in Gainesville, FL. You will operate automatic and manual cell therapy equipment used in CAR-T, CAR-M, or CAR-NK processes, following SOPs and PPE protocols.

You will perform quality control analyses, support batch runs, and assist in handling hazardous materials. The role emphasizes teamwork, scheduling flexibility, and strict adherence to GMP practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience (one of the following): Bachelor’s Degree (BS) with a minimum of 1 year of GMP manufacturing experience.
• Education and Experience (one of the following): Associate’s degree (AS) with a minimum of 2 years of GMP manufacturing experience.
• Education and Experience (one of the following): High School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of GMP manufacturing or regulated technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate cell therapy process equipment (CAR-T/CAR-M/CAR-NK) per SOPs.
• Perform quality control analyses to support in-process batches.
• Handle hazardous materials following safety procedures and PPE guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to generate SOPs or batch records and improve workflows.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain cleanroom practices and document logbooks as required.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (BS) with a minimum of 1 years of relevant GMP manufacturing experience.

Associate’s degree (AS) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant GMP manufacturing experience.

High School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of relevant GMP manufacturing or regulated technical experience.
