Job summary

A Nursing Home Company is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to provide on-site supervision across multiple nearby nursing facilities. The role offers flexible scheduling and a minimum of 16 hours per week, with the possibility of long-term temporary contracts. Weekly pay and a special temporary rate of $70/hr for qualified candidates are offered.

Candidates must hold a CT RN license with IV certification and have senior care experience. You may be asked to drive between facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• IV cert required.
• Valid RN license in CT in good standing.
• Experience in senior care preferred.
• Proficient reading, writing and following instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Team player with cooperation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates patience, tact, enthusiasm and a positive attitude toward residents.
• Willingness to drive to nearby facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RN staff and jump in as needed.
• Willingness to drive to nearby A Nursing Home Company facilities as needed.
• Maintain flexible scheduling and cover shifts.
• Support high quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

* IV cert required*

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in in the state of CT in good standing

• Experience in senior care preferred

• No history of patient/resident abuse as per State Registry.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Team player with good cooperation and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrates patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards residents and their support networks.

• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

• Willingness to drive to nearby A Nursing Home Company facilities as needed
