Job summary

A Skilled Nursing Home Facility is seeking a Temp Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor/Charge Nurse for a contract position in CT. The role requires an active CT RN license, IV cert, and senior care experience. Weekly pay, with a temporary rate of $70/hr for qualified candidates, and non-benefitted status.

Shifts include Mon-Fri 7-3 and 3-11 with flexibility to cover nearby facilities as needed. This in-person opportunity offers immediate start for experienced supervisors in a nursing-home setting.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license to practice in CT in good standing.
• IV certification required.
• Experience in senior care is a must.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions clearly.
• Strong attention to detail with good follow-through.
• Team player with cooperative interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates patience, tact, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to cover various shifts as needed.
• Willingness to drive to nearby facilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as RN Supervisor/charge nurse for the unit.
• Oversee patient care, compliance and staff performance.
• Coordinate with facilities and drive as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation and communication.

A Nursing Home Company has a special temporary rate of $70/hr available for experienced Working RN Registered Nurse Supervisor.

Requirements

IV cert required

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in in the state of CT in good standing

• Experience in senior care a MUST!

• No history of patient/resident abuse as per State Registry.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Team player with good cooperation and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrates patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards residents and their support networks.

• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

• Willingness to drive to- nearby A Nursing Home Company facilities as needed
