Job summary

Apple Rehab Inc. is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to cover weekend shifts (Sat 7pm–Mon 7am) and Tue 3–11pm at our Connecticut location.

Contract options include short- and long-term temp roles with weekly pay and a 401(k) with company match. Valid CT RN license in good standing and senior-care experience are preferred. Flexibility to drive to nearby facilities is desirable.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in CT in good standing (required).
• Experience in senior care preferred.
• Proficient reading, writing and following instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise weekend shifts: 7pm–7am Friday-Sunday and 3–11pm Tuesday.
• Ensure quality resident care and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with care teams and family/support networks.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure compliance with policies.

A Nursing Home Company has a special temporary rate of $70/hr available for experienced Working RN Registered Nurse Supervisor.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in in the state of CT in good standing
• Experience in senior care preferred
• No history of patient/resident abuse as per State Registry.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Team player with good cooperation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards residents and their support networks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
• Willingness to drive to nearby A Nursing Home Company facilities as needed
