Job summary

Mendocino-Lake Community College District is seeking a Short-Term, Non-Continuing Program Assistant to support our North County Center. This temporary, hourly role offers 10 hours per week at $20.71 per hour and involves clerical duties, student services, and event support.

The position requires at least two years in an administrative/office setting, a high school diploma or GED (AA preferred), and adherence to district policies.

Qualifications

• Must meet HR guidelines including Live Scan background check and TB test.
• At least two years of experience in an administrative/office environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program activities and stakeholder support.
• Assist with budgetary transactions; purchase orders, requisitions, PAFs, budget transfers.
• Provide student services support (registration, counseling assistance, ID processing, fee collection).
• Greet students and community members; serve as primary contact.
