Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Food industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and safety protocols in a food production environment.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks, work orders, and parts using CMMS.
• Lead and coach maintenance staff, ensuring efficient repairs and training.
• Monitor repairs and downtime, communicating status to production teams.
