Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, and combined experience totaling three years in related administrative or healthcare settings.
• Experience in customer services, public relations, office administration, healthcare administration, or related fields.
• Experience with Epic and healthcare call center environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct patients, staff and visitors to clinic, departmental offices, and meeting functions.
• Maintain patient charts and ensure confidentiality of charts and records.
• Answer front desk phones and route them appropriately; report Phlebotomy staff calls and communicate with supervisors.
• Order and maintain office supplies and front desk equipment; keep front office organized.
• Enter patient information and complete required forms; participate in special projects as assigned.
