• Previous receptionist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and ensure sign-in/out procedures are followed.
• Monitor residents' comings and goings.
• Answer calls and route to the appropriate person.
• Take messages and follow up as needed.
• Make overhead announcements.
• Sort and deliver daily mail.
• Perform duties safely and professionally.
• Uphold customer service standards.
