Gurwin Healthcare System in Commack, NY seeks a per diem Receptionist to join our campus-based team. The role is as-needed, providing front-desk support, greeting visitors, answering calls, and routing inquiries with a focus on exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have previous receptionist experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will work in a dynamic environment and contribute to a comprehensive benefits program.

Competenze

• Prior receptionist experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

Mansioni

• Greet visitors and ensure sign-in/sign-out according to procedures.
• Monitor residents' comings and goings from the building.
• Answer calls from residents' rooms and address requests or concerns.
• Answer all incoming calls and route to correct person.
• Take messages and follow up as needed.
• Make overhead announcements.
• Sort and deliver daily mail.
• Perform duties safely and professionally.
