Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum nine (9) months of RN experience.
• Three (3) years Level III NICU experience within the last four (4) years.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Oregon RN license; NRP and BLS required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess multi-system status and document care in EMR.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing plans of care.
• Coordinate patient care with hospital departments and provide patient education.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and participate in unit quality assurance activities.
