Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Oregon RN license required; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Basic Life Support (BLS) at hire.
• Keyboarding skills and computer proficiency may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan patient care with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Coordinate discharge planning and education for patients and families.
• Implement physician orders and nursing protocols; document in EMR accurately.
• Evaluate patient responses to treatment and participate in quality assurance activities.
