Anthropologie is seeking a Temp Merchandise Assistant (MA) to support daily operational functions in the designated buying area and to assist the Buyer/Associate Buyer with tasks. You will build cross-functional relationships with markets, distribution centers, design, and production, while partnering with the Buyer on necessary tasks.

Your role emphasizes sample management, web turnover, and communicating updates to cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail experience or internship.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking to identify trends and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Own web turnover and product information.
• Manage sample requests and SKU tracking.
• Maintain digital photographs for systems needs.
• Support product development through sample management.
• Track shipping/receiving and return samples to vendors.
• Communicate changes to cross-functional teams.
• Balance priorities for sample needs.
• Conduct weekly web audit and report findings.
