Job summary

Anthropologie is seeking a Temporary Merchandise Assistant to support daily operations in the designated buying area. You will help manage merchandise flow and perform administrative tasks while building cross-functional relationships with distribution, planning, and creative teams.

You will assist with product maintenance, assortments, and communications, ensuring timely delivery and accurate on-site information as part of a collaborative merchandising team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure styles are live on the website in a timely fashion.
• Open and review sample purchase orders with buyers.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain missing samples as needed.
• Provide brand creative/styling with samples on request.
• Update product information and ensure site copy is correct.
• Collaborate with buying operations to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
• Assist with pulling reports for meetings and business reviews.
• Share upcoming product with creative and merchandising teams.
