Anthropologie is seeking a Temporary Merchandise Assistant to support daily operational functions within the designated buying area and assist the buying team with merchandise flow and admin tasks. You will build cross-functional relationships with distribution, planning, and web merchandising teams to ensure timely product activation.

You will gain exposure to sample management, PO processing, and communication across vendors and internal partners, with opportunities to learn brand creative

Responsibilities

• Ensure styles are live on the website in a timely fashion.
• Open sample purchase orders and coordinate with buyers.
• Request samples from vendors and management teams as needed.
• Provide brand/styling with product samples on request.
• Update product information for brand creative/web teams.
• Review styles Received Not Activated weekly.
• Correct site copy and product details; alert for corrections.
• Collaborate with buying ops for timely merchandise delivery.
• Assist with TXT attributes, PO issuance, and updates.
• Pull picture packs for meetings and manage samples.
• Support own-brand assortment through PO requests.
