Job summary

Anthropologie is seeking a Temporary Merchandise Assistant to support daily operational functions within your designated buying area. You will assist the buying team in managing merchandise flow and administrative tasks, while building cross-functional relationships with distribution center, planning, buying operations, website merchandising, brand creative and photo studio teams.

Responsibilities

• Product Maintenance: Ensure merchandise live on the website in a timely fashion.
• Open sample POs, review with buyer, take measurements, and pass to the team.
• Collaborate with vendors to request missing samples or obtain samples from the DC.
• Provide brand creative/styling with samples upon request.
• Update STEP with product information for brand creative/web producer team.
• Review Received Not Activated styles weekly.
• Ensure on-site copy and product details are correct; alert team to corrections.
• Coordinate with buying operations for timely delivery through clear communication.
