Job Title: Event Coordinator (Temp)

Location: Roswell, GA 30076

Hours/Days: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Hybrid)

Immediate Temp Event Coordinator role available! We are currently representing a client in the HVAC industry seeking an Event Coordinator to join their team on a contractual basis, with an opportunity to become permanent based on business volume and needs.

The Event Coordinator will be responsible for managing logistics of all training classes at the corporate training center in Roswell, GA. Responsibilities include ordering catered lunches, providing classroom supplies, coordinating travel for new employees and trainers, ensuring classroom equipment is functional, organizing dinners and entertainment during training weeks, and setting up/taking down classrooms.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in event coordination, excellent customer service skills, project management, and planning abilities. Hospitality skills are highly desirable.
