Job summary

Fourth Floor is seeking a Mailroom Associate for its Manhattan location. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, on an ongoing temporary basis, with responsibilities for handling inbound and outbound packages for the luxury jewelry brand.

You will receive, document, sort, and distribute mail, coordinate pickup and delivery with internal teams, and act as the point of contact for carriers. The position also involves preparing merchandise shipments and performing messenger duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of operations or mailroom experience.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds.
• Team oriented with a positive attitude.

• Distribute all inbound and outbound shipments at the retail location.
• Receiving and systemically documenting all inbound packages from UPS and armored carriers.
• Coordinating the pick-up & delivery of packages with the appropriate internal departments.
• Sort and distribute mail accordingly.
• Point of contact for all incoming and outgoing packages & carrier services.
• Preparing and sending merchandise orders and packages.
• Functions of the company Messenger and dictate his/her daily endeavors.
• Perform messenger and delivery services when needed.
• Additional duties based on business needs.
