Job summary

A Skilled Nursing Home Facility in Rhode Island is seeking an experienced LPN Charge Nurse to join nearby locations. We offer SAME DAY OFFERS, with at least 16 hours per week, flexible scheduling, and shifts 3-11pm and 11-7am including every other weekend.

You will provide nursing services under supervision, hold a valid LPN license, have at least one year of SNF experience. Weekly pay, 401(k) with match, and a competitive hourly rate of $50.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of verifiable LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Must have a valid state license as a licensed nurse in good standing.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and laws governing long-term care.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Demonstrates cooperation and ability to work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, control and execute nursing services for assigned residents.
• Provide care under supervision in line with facility policies and physicians’ instructions.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure high-quality resident care.

Job Description:

The LPN Charge Nurse plans, controls, and executes the provision of nursing services to assigned residents under general supervision and guidance within the standards for quality care provided by the policies, procedures and practices of the facility in line with appropriate legal standards, medical practices and physicians’ instructions.

Required Qualifications:

• To be eligible for this rate, applicant must have at least 1 year of verifiable experience as an LPN in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

• Must have a valid state license and be a licensed nurse in good standing.

• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures and laws, regulations and guidelines governing long-term care.

• Attention to detail, good follow-through skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Demonstrates cooperation in assisting others and ability to work as a team.
