Apple Rehab Inc in Connecticut is seeking a temporary LPN Charge Nurse to join our skilled nursing facilities. This position offers $50/hour, same-day offers, and weekly pay, with flexible scheduling of 16-40 hours per week.

The LPN will plan, coordinate, and provide nursing services to assigned residents under supervision, ensuring quality care per facility policies and physician orders. Minimum 1 year SNF experience, PCC proficient, valid state LPN license, and reliable teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• PCC proficient.
• Valid state LPN license and in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, long-term care regulations, and resident care standards.
• Attendance is a MUST – two call-outs may end the temporary contract.

Hours Currently Available:

• 7:00 AM-3:00 PM: 16 hours/ week

• 3:00 PM-11:00 PM: 40 hours/ week

  *including every other weekend

Schedules may include weekends on occasion, including every other weekend.

This is a non-benefited temporary/seasonal position.

Job Description:

The LPN will provide quality resident care in accordance with facility policies, procedures, legal standards, accepted medical practices, and physician orders.

Required Qualifications
