A Skilled Nursing Home Facility is seeking an experienced LPN Charge Nurse to join its team. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver nursing care to residents across assigned units under supervision, ensuring high-quality standards.

This role requires willingness to work at multiple nearby facilities, with a minimum 16 hours per week and flexible scheduling. First-week pay is weekly; benefits include 401(k) and matching.

Qualifications

• LPN with at least 1 year of verifiable experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Valid state license in good standing.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, laws and guidelines governing long-term care.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to cooperate and work as part of a team.

Job Description:

The LPN Charge Nurse plans, controls, and executes the provision of nursing services to assigned residents under general supervision and guidance within the standards for quality care provided by the policies, procedures and practices of the facility in line with appropriate legal standards, medical practices and physicians' instructions.

Required Qualifications:

• To be eligible for this rate, applicant must have at least 1 year of verifiable experience as an LPN in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Must have a valid state license and be a licensed nurse in good standing.
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures and laws, regulations and guidelines governing long-term care.
• Attention to detail, good follow-through skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Demonstrates cooperation in assisting others and ability to work as a team.
