Job summary

The Temporary Pest Control Coordinator will lead a focused pest management improvement initiative within a food manufacturing facility. This project-based role will serve as the primary liaison between the facility and the contracted pest control provider, driving execution of key pest prevention strategies and ensuring timely completion of corrective actions.

Schedule is Monday through Friday 7am to 3pm. Is there a possibility this assignment will be extended?

Qualifications

• Experience in pest management or IPM within a facility environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify sanitation, structural, and preventive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pest control improvement plans within the facility.
• Oversee installation of traps and bait stations and support exterior treatment programs.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Operations, and pest control provider to strengthen IPM and audit readiness.
• Monitor progress, drive action items to closure, and report on program effectiveness.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
