Job summary

Civil Recruit seeks a Temporary Pest Control Coordinator to lead a focused pest management improvement initiative within a food manufacturing facility in San Leandro, CA. This project-based role will serve as the primary liaison between the facility and the contracted pest control provider, driving execution of key pest prevention strategies and ensuring timely completion of corrective actions.

Schedule is Monday through Friday 7am to 3pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in pest control or IPM.
• Scientific background preferred.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pest control improvement plans and monitor action items.
• Oversee installation of traps and bait stations.
• Support exterior treatment programs and landscaping enhancements.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Operations, Sanitation, and IPM provider.
• Strengthen IPM program and improve audit readiness.
