Job summary

PestMaster Services is seeking a field-based pest control professional to inspect customers’ premises, identify pest problems, and determine effective treatments in line with IPM principles.

You will advise customers on treatment options and safely apply products while building ongoing customer relationships and contributing to revenue growth across various locations. This role offers both full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

• Familiar with pest control service business.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Maintain appropriate licenses and certifications.
• Able to pass background checks and drug tests.
• Capable of lifting up to 50–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect premises to identify pest problems and determine treatment.
• Advise customers on the required treatment to eliminate pests.
• Apply chemicals safely per label and regulations.
• Understand and apply IPM principles to minimize risks.
• Develop and contribute to the Territory’s Sales Plan by meeting personal sales goals.
