Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions.
• Utilize iCIMS ATS/CRM systems to maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates using advanced search techniques and sourcing tools.
• Screen candidates to verify qualifications, licensure, certifications, and alignment.
• Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to support hiring decisions.
• Track key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline health, and requisition status.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and campus outreach initiatives to build a new graduate pipeline.
• Support positive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
