Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in adjusting commercial liability claims.
• Experience handling complex claims and communicating with insureds, claimants, and attorneys.
• Licensure as a public adjuster in Florida and/or Texas.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and resolves general liability claims with potential litigation.
• Analyzes policy language and coverage to determine decisions.
• Communicates with insureds, claimants, and attorneys in writing and verbally.
• Documents reserves and case notes in a claim system.
• Works with defense counsel to manage litigated files to resolution.
• Negotiates settlements and manage defense payments.
