Job summary

Archway Marketing Services in South Bend, IN is seeking a Temporary FC Operations Associate to join their rapidly growing team. The role is responsible for the accurate set-up, picking, packing and manifesting of materials according to client specifications; the ideal candidate has basic PC skills and can learn new systems quickly.

Shift is Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, and pay is $15 per hour. A high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 40 pounds, and strong attention to detail are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or three years of warehouse experience.
• Basic math and reading skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for the shift.

Responsibilities

• Help with line set-up
• Conduct daily cycle counts and resolve discrepancies
• Use voice technology, RF guns and other equipment as required
• Assist with receiving, shipping, and administrative duties
• Complete required paperwork and time-tracking documentation
• Restock packaging materials
• Assist team in meeting customers' expectations
• Participate in process improvement with supervisor
