Unifeye Vision Partners in Colton, CA is seeking a Temp Patient Service Representative to join our front desk team. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, register new patients, and help ensure a welcoming, quiet environment for patients and families.

The role requires strong organizational, interpersonal, and data entry skills; bilingual Spanish preferred. Minimum 1 year in a medical front office and a high school diploma are required. This is an in-office position with no remote work.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, vendors, and visitors in a warm, friendly manner.
• Answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions.
• Respond to emails using the office email address.
• Schedule new and follow-up appointments using the medical office software.
• Register new patients and update records as needed.
• Answer phones and communicate via RingCentral.
• Distribute forms to patients and verify required fields.
• Process patient payments in office and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure confidentiality of all patient records and compliance with protocols.
