New Era Cap LLC in New York, NY, is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Operations Associate for the Flagship Store in SoHo. You will manage inventory, keep the stockroom organized, and support back-of-house tasks to ensure smooth store operations during the peak retail season from late October to early January.

This role is on-site, requires physical tasks, weekend availability, and a proactive, team-first mindset to help maintain product availability and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of retail stockroom experience.
• Able to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays from late October through early January.
• Store hours may be adjusted based on business needs, including customer demand and in-store events

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Stockroom Management: assist with shipping/receiving, ensure products checked, processed, and organized.
• Operational Support: restock sales floor efficiently and maintain product availability; follow security protocols; keep area clean.
• Collaborate with team to restock sales floor and support store events.
• Prepare products for visual merchandising updates and store events.
• Support other store functions and maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters
