Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or combination of education and experience in related fields with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Experience with database entry, analysis, reporting and some project management.
• Strong computer and data entry skills; Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and Word.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that every donation and grant is accurately acknowledged and honored according to best practices.
• Support the Philanthropy & Communications team during the busy period and coordinate with the team on reporting tasks.
