Heritage Bank NW is seeking temporary digital banking support specialists for a full-time, onsite role in Tacoma. The assignment runs November 2026 through October 2027, with hours typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and some flexibility for training or coverage needs.

The position involves handling inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory policies while protecting customer data and maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; business or accounting coursework preferred.
• 1+ year recent customer service, data entry, clerical, and office support experience; knowledge of online banking systems and regulatory compliance preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and to communicate clearly across channels.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal/external inquiries via Jira, email, phone, or in person.
• Protect customer financial data and ensure compliance with policies.
• Help set up and maintain online banking and RDC for business and consumer clients.
• Troubleshoot online banking issues remotely and by phone; assist with general ledger reconciliations.
