• Knowledge of online/mobile banking and RDC preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential data securely.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries via Jira, email, phone or in person.
• Protect confidentiality of financial data.
• Set up and maintain online banking and Business RDC.
• Troubleshoot online banking for business and consumer customers.
• Reconcile general ledger and bank accounts.
• Cross-train across department responsibilities.
