Responsibilities

• Assists in on-the-job training and directs work for food service staff, including students and temporaries.
• Assembles ingredients for recipes/menu items.
• Cleans kitchen, utensils and equipment to maintain sanitation.
• Applies food safety standards per regulatory rules.
• Notifies supervisor of needs and checks in food and supplies.
