Quality Custom Distribution is hiring for a Warehouse Associate (Selector) in Boston. The role focuses on moving, picking, and loading orders in a fast-paced, multi-temperature warehouse. You will use handheld scanners and RF technology to keep inventory accurate and ensure on-time shipments.

Qualifications

• Must have valid forklift certification and 1+ years of safe equipment operation.
• Experience operating in a multi-temperature warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to read labels, count accurately, and document work clearly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area per standards.
• Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track orders and inventory.
• Follow all safety policies and FEFO procedures for food products.
