Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD) seeks a Warehouse Selector – Phoenix to move, manage, and deliver products in a fast-paced, multi-temperature setting. You will load trailers, pick orders, and lead associates while maintaining safety and accuracy across receiving, staging, and shipping.

In this role, you will use RF scanners and inventory systems, uphold sanitation policies, and build pallets per customer orders in a 4-day on-site schedule with Sundays off.

Formación

• Must be able to work in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift).
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols.
• Accurately pick, lift, and place products to build pallets per customer orders.
• Operate forklifts/pallet jacks safely in high-traffic warehouse areas.
• Visually inspect and verify all incoming/outgoing product.
• Maintain safety, productivity, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Read labels, count product, and complete order paperwork.
• Support team with cleaning and additional duties as needed.
