Job summary
Aggreko is seeking a Technician 2 Temp Control-Shop based in Santa Fe Springs, CA. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance and repairs of electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and oil-free air compressors, both in the shop and at customer sites as needed.
You will troubleshoot equipment, work independently or with a team, and base out of our Santa Fe Springs service center. The role offers full-time employment with overtime potential and a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED mandatory.
- 7+ years experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment, performing inspections, maintenance and repairs.
- Experience with calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, and reading schematics.
- May need TWIC card or valid DOT medical card depending on customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Based out of the Santa Fe Springs, CA service center.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil-free air compressors.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop.
- Work solo or with others to set up and operate equipment in the shop.
