Job summary

Aggreko in Santa Fe Springs, CA is seeking a Technician 2 Temp Control-Shop to perform preventive maintenance and repairs of electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and oil-free air compressors. The role is based in our Santa Fe Springs service center and may involve team-based or solo setup and operation in the shop.

The candidate should have 7+ years of generator and/or HVAC experience, read schematics, and hold a High School diploma/GED, with a valid driver’s license and potential

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain TWIC card or valid DOT medical card if required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop.
• Set up and operate equipment in the shop solo or with other technicians.
