The Logistics Center Technician ensures accurate, timely operations, handling receiving, testing, cleaning, and storage of shippers.

The role emphasizes inventory control, SOP adherence, and safety. Overtime may be required for emergencies; English communication and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 20-80 lbs.
• Effective communication in English is required.
• Proficient with Chrome/Edge and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to operate hand tools and mechanical equipment.
• Prior experience with pick/pack, ship, receive and inventory control is preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, Lean Six Sigma or SS, and Kanban is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and test incoming Cryoport shippers.
• Process shipments in Cryoportal 2.0 per SOPs.
• Clean shippers to maintain quality and cleanliness.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts for fixed assets and consumables.
• Ensure paperwork is correct and completed in real-time per SOPs.
• Communicate with other units, clients, drivers, etc.
