Job summary

nextSource Connect is seeking a Temporary Compensation Coordinator in Providence, RI for a 2-month contract with a potential extension. The role is hybrid after training; schedule is in-office Mon–Tue and from home Wed–Fri. Pay is $27/hour with ASAP start and a projected end date of October 30, 2026.

The candidate will handle inbox management, data audits, reporting, and documentation for compensation cycles. Relevant Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills and Workday/PayFactors familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Drive.
• Attention to detail with data entry, auditing, and reviewing documents.
• Clear written and verbal communication for coordinating across internal HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Data audits and reporting: generate standard files, pull weekly reports, and create census documents.
• Mailbox and ticket management: triage and route compensation inquiries.
• Documentation and coordination: support cycle docs, slide formatting, and meetings.
• Inbox triage and communications: draft and review communications; assist with calendaring.
