You will leverage industry platforms to ensure accurate, docu- mented estimates that support trust and efficiency. This role blends technical precision with customer advocacy, focusing on quality and safety while collaborating with teams across insurance, repair centers, and internal departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in collision estimating or auto claims adjustment.
• Proven success delivering exceptional customer service in a B2B collision repair environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, training, and industry events.
• I-CAR and/or ASE certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with car owners and partners.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on collision estimating, repair planning, and ADAS calibration.
• Review high-resolution photos, scan reports, and facts of loss to produce accurate estimates.
• Use CCC ONE, Audatex, and/or Mitchell to ensure precise estimates.
• Audit repair plans for OEM procedure compliance and correct labor times.
