Kinetic is seeking a temporary Collision Estimator to blend technical accuracy with the human touch of customer advocacy. You’ll assess vehicle damage virtually, identify ADAS calibration needs, and ensure every repair plan meets the highest standards using CCC ONE, Audatex, and Mitchell.

This role emphasizes precise estimates, collaboration with owners and centers, and potential conversion to full-time after three months based on performance. Travel may be required; compensation is competitive.

Formación

• 5+ years of collision estimating or auto claims adjusting experience.
• Proven track record delivering accurate, customer-focused estimates.
• Familiarity with estimating platforms and industry standards.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with car owners, collision centers, and internal teams.
• Serve as SME on collision estimating, repair planning, and ADAS calibration.
• Review photos, reports, and facts of loss to produce complete estimates.
• Use CCC ONE, Audatex, and Mitchell to ensure precise documentation.
• Audit repair plans for OEM procedures, labor times, and parts.
• Interpret insurance carrier requirements for alignment and compliance.
• Analyze trends in estimate quality, documentation, and outcomes.
• Support enhancement of estimating and repair planning platforms.
