Job summary

Kinetic Automation seeks a temporary Collision Estimator to virtual-assess vehicle damage, identify ADAS calibration needs, and craft precise estimates that meet high standards. You will engage with car owners, collision centers, and internal teams, leveraging CCC ONE, Audatex, and Mitchell for accurate, well-documented estimates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in collision estimating or auto claims adjustment.
• Proven customer service in B2B collision repair.
• Proficiency with CCC ONE, Mitchell, and Audatex software.
• Strong multitasking with virtual desk review operations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• I-CAR and/or ASE certifications preferred.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, training, and industry events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with car owners, collision center partners, and internal teams.
• Serve as SME on collision estimating, repair planning, and ADAS calibration.
• Review high-resolution photos, scan reports, and loss details for accurate estimates.
• Use CCC ONE, Audatex, and Mitchell to ensure precise, well-documented estimates.
• Audit repair plans for OEM procedure compliance, labor times, and parts evaluation.
• Understand and apply carrier requirements for alignment and compliance.
• Analyze trends in estimate quality, documentation, and outcomes.
• Provide feedback to improve workflows, technology, and processes.
• Support development of estimating, diagnostics, and repair planning platforms.
• Participate in training and knowledge-sharing across the organization.
