Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking a Collections Coordinator I in Missoula, MT. You will handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails about account statuses and inquiries, post and reconcile payments, and document interactions with participants and providers.

The role requires strong communication and attention to detail. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and preferred call center experience.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior call center experience preferred.
• Prior office experience preferred.
• Be able to successfully pass a background screening.
• Employees must provide their own reliable internet if working a remote/hybrid position.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound and outbound calls and emails regarding account statuses and inquiries.
• Post payments and reconcile all payments received.
• Note interactions and keep vital document details.
• Process daily payments and reconcile receivables.
• Coordinate with participants, case managers, care providers, and program staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
