Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls/outbound dials and provide outstanding customer service to prospective students, fellow coworkers, and executives.
• Receive and screen inbound calls; route to appropriate departments; take messages and forward.
• Follow scripts and perform data entry of personal information; transfer calls to advisor based on rotation.
• Use Telephone Auto Dialing System for outbound calls to web/affiliate inquiries.
• Schedule info-sessions and/or appointments for prospective students to visit the campus.
