Role Purpose

Support the execution of boutique openings, relocations, and renovations across North America by ensuring efficient coordination, tracking, and reporting of network development projects. Act as a key support to project leads and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, alignment, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of boutique openings and renovation projects across priority markets.
  • Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables across all project phases.
  • Identify risks and escalation deviations to ensure on‑time execution.
  • Coordinate with HR, Client, Retail Operations, and Marketing teams.
  • Organize project meetings and ensure proper follow‑up on actions and decisions.
  • Maintain clear visibility on responsibilities and deadlines across stakeholders.
  • Maintain project trackers, timelines, and dashboards.
  • Consolidate updates and support preparation of executive reporting materials.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across tools.
  • Apply and maintain project management tools, templates, and ways of working.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of coordination processes.
Profile
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of project management, consulting, retail, or operations experience.
  • Exposure to luxury retail or boutique development is a plus.
Skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination capabilities.
