Job summary

GLOVIS America Inc. in Duluth, GA is seeking an experienced Senior General Affairs Analyst to oversee facility management, purchasing, invoicing, and vehicle management across multiple locations.

The role coordinates with vendors and internal teams to ensure compliant, cost-efficient operations and reliable service delivery. You will analyze operational data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and mentor other GA team members while supporting office moves, events, and internal process

Qualifications

• Bachelors required and 3-5 years of direct experience in GA or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of facility management, purchasing, invoicing, and vendor coordination.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations in corporate/logistics environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk and visitor support for the Atlanta office and coordinate with internal teams.
• Manage purchasing and invoicing for assigned locations and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, badge access, services, and vendor coordination.
• Manage company vehicles, related expenses, registrations, and disposals.
• Handle business gift requests, inventory, distribution, and vendor coordination.
• Plan and coordinate office events and department projects, including logistics.
• Coordinate with vendors, monitor service quality, and resolve issues.
• Analyze GA data and prepare operational reports for management.
• Maintain process documentation and support new systems and initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to GA team members across locations.
